He established The Kite Team at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he became the number one broker in Florida, earned his CCIM designation, and received the 3 Under 30 award. From the early 1980\u2019s to 1990\u2019s, Keith was President of the Kite Group of Companies, a nationwide industrial painting and cleaning contractor with operations throughout the United States and Canada. During that time, Keith guided the company from a regional concern to one of the top 10 largest firms nationally in its specialty. In 2001, Keith founded Kite Properties, a real estate investment, development and management firm specializing in hospitality and retail properties.
