Experience:
Kelly is Managing Director of Kite Properties, LLC, a real estate development and investment company. As Managing Director, Kelly has developed and managed a portfolio of over $30 million in commercial real estate assets. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida and resident of Vero Beach, Florida. Kelly’s family is rich in real estate tradition. In addition to Kite Properties, the Indianapolis branch of the Kite family founded and manages Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG on the NYSE) and Paul Kite Company, both leading commercial shopping center developers and owners in the Eastern United States and Texas.

As a Managing Partner of Kite Tax Lien Capital, Kelly has overseen and conducted the research, acquisition, and management of over 10,000 tax certificates throughout Florida and Colorado since early 2009. Also in his capacity as Managing Partner of KTLC, Kelly has participated in dozens of tax deed auctions throughout the state of Florida, where he and his partner Joseph Schlitt have successfully acquired title to several properties, including improved commercial properties, vacant commercial properties, improved residential properties and vacant residential lots.

Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University majoring in Real Estate

Experience:
Joseph is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker, Ed Schlitt of Vero Beach. Joseph has been involved in over $30 million in real estate transactions. Joseph manages a portfolio of $10 million in both commercial and residential real estate assets through his personal portfolio and the real estate management arm of his brokerage company. Joseph is a third generation resident and native of Vero Beach, Florida. Rich in real estate tradition Joseph’s Family has purchased tax liens in the Treasure Coast region of Florida since the 1950’s.
