development and investment company. As Managing Director,
Kelly has developed and managed a portfolio of over $30 million in commercial
real estate assets. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of
Florida and resident of Vero Beach, Florida

Joseph Schlitt

Experience:
Joseph is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and a
Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker, Ed Schlitt of Vero Beach. Joseph has been involved in over $30
million in real estate transactions. Joseph manages a portfolio of $10 million
in both commercial and residential real estate assets through his personal
portfolio and the real estate management arm of his brokerage company.
Joseph is a third generation resident and native of Vero Beach,
Florida.
