KTLC has exhibited substantial growth since its first investment season in 2009, growing its portfolio from several hundred tax certificates in four Florida counties to over 10,000 tax certificates in 35 counties in Florida and Colorado in 2011. KTLC has also actively expanded its investor base from private individuals in Florida, to family trusts, IRAs and employee pension plans in Florida, Texas, and New York. The Company is currently accepting additional investors to certain funds and actively growing its tax lien portfolios.
