The 2010 Tax Certificate Investment Portfolio is the second tax
certificate investment opportunity launched by the principals in February of
2010. KTLC is allowing a select group of accredited investors the opportunity
to invest in the 2010 Tax Certificate Investment Portfolio. For those select accredited investors who have been
permitted to review the Confidential Memorandum and Exhibits, please use the
form below to request Subscription Documents.
Investment units are limited. Once you have made the decision to invest, promptly
execute and submit the Subscription Documents. Capital Contributions must be submitted by April 30, 2010.
